Javier was professional, kind, knowledgeable and honest from the first contact. He even accommodated my schedule as I was about to head out of town when a crack developed on my main shower tub floor. Over the phone I described the issues with the tub floor and the second bath shower stall floor and he gave me some prices and he would evaluate them when he comes out.
He arrived on time, I showed him the showers, he was honest about the shower stall floor which had multiple cracks and had many soft spots, he mentioned it was too far gone and that it was a vinyl shower so what he used wouldn't adhere very well. So he focused on the tub crack and had it repaired quickly and it looks great!
I will happily do business with JAX again if the need arises.
We had our old tub and shower re-done by this company. It looks so amazing it looks brand new. We also had our kitchen double sink redone, what a great color, and it looks brand new. It was all done in one day . They were so pleasant to work with, Great company.
